Super Healthy and Delicious PB Banana Oat Cookies
These cookies taste so good you would NEVER believe they are this healthy. They have no sugar, no butter, no eggs, and are dairy and gluten free!
I made them for friends who came over to play a board game. Anyone know the game, Settlers of Catan? I know, I sound like an old lady playing board games on a Friday night ha. But, I swear this is a really fun game to play. OK, back to the cookies. My friends loved them! I trial a lot of my healthy dessert recipes on my friends and although they are good sports about it, they are also honest with me. For example, I do not use tofu in baked goods anymore and I always need to add some form of chocolate for them to be happy. So, without further adieu here is the cookie recipe.

Super Healthy and Delicious PB, Banana Oat Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup vanilla almond dairy free yogurt
- 2 cups old fashioned oat
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup dairy free, dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Turn oven to 350 degrees F
- Mash bananas with a fork
- Mix all ingredients together
- Line pan with parchment paper
- Form cookies and place on pan
- Bake for 15 minutes
