Cherry & Pomegranate Energy Bites
Ingredients

- 10 medjool dates, pitted
I also used the powder in my smoothies... delicious! - 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 4 tsp of pomegranate
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender except pomegranate powder. Pulse until sticky and combined.
- Roll into ping pong size balls.
- Roll balls in pomegranate.
- Refrigerate up to one week.
