Ramekin Cakes
I made these cute ramekin cakes for valentine's day. I usually just use a mug to microwave these cakes, but since it was a holiday I thought I should make it a little more fancy... since I am sooooo not fancy haha. Anyways, these cakes are so easy, fast, versatile (I switched a few ingredients so that Mike and I had different ones), healthier than most desserts, and tasty!
