Easy Gluten Free & Vegan Tortilla
I usually like crunchy things- chips, carrots, toasted anything, but there is something I LOVE about soft tortillas too! This recipe is so quick, easy and versatile. Just make sure to use a non-stick pan... I have made that mistake before and they just char, stick to the pan, and set off the fire alarm haha.

Easy Gluten Free Tortilla
Ingredients
- 1 cup of chickpea flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- pinch of sea salt
- add whatever seasonings you want -> I have added garam masala, rosemary, siracha, and mroe
Directions
- mix all together with whisk until smooth and a little thinner than pancake batter
- use a small to medium non stick saute pan and spray pan with olive oil
- pour batter until is a little less than the size of the pan. Use a spoon to flatten out the batter.
- cook for 2-3 minutes on each side
- enjoy!
