Berry Smoothie

Berry smoothie! Perfect post workout instead of coffee because I went back to sleep for a 2 hour nap lol. Having long hours and only one day off a week is tiring so I use my day off to workout with Mike, refuel with a delicious easy smoothies, and catch up on sleep. Plus, we have a wedding tonight and I don’t want to be a grandma 👵 and falling asleep at 8 pm lol. Anyways, here’s this quick smoothie recipe for two. Hope you like!! Soon I’ll be making my pumpkin and spice recipes because it’s fall and I’m so excited!! 


Ingredients

*serves 2

1 cup frozen mixed fruit (mangoes, pine
apple and strawberries)

1 ripe banana
1 açaí berry frozen blend from sambazon* link below
1/2 cup frozen berries 
1/2 cup almond yogurt
1 ½ cup or more (until smooth) vanilla low sugar almond milk 
3 tbsp of almond butter .

Blend & enjoy!
