Healthy Banana Skillet





Healthy Banana Vegan Skillet 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour (you might need to add more to make it cookie dough consistency... I didn’t really measure it lol)
  • 1 super ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil 
  • 1/4 cup honey (I used my favorite new cinnamon honey butter we bought in Colorado by Epicurean Honey Co.) or pure maple syrup 
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax-seed mixed with 2 tablespoons almond milk * 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon * 1/3 cup chocolate chips vegan

Directions: mash banana. mix all ingredients together. grease your skillet with coconut oil (I used the smallest cast iron skillet I have about 8 inches). Place dough in skillet and cook for 20 minutes on 350 degrees F.
