Healthier Banana Bread

I’ve been asked for modifications to my my banana bread recipe to make it lower fat/sugar. So, I’ve been working on a recipe and I think this one is it 🤗. Both my neighbors and family approved! So, now it’s time to share!

Ingredients


*3 super ripe banana 
*1 cup almond/soy/coconut vanilla yogurt
*1/2 cup almond milk (no added sugar)
*2 eggs
*2.5 tbsp stevia or swerve (sometimes sugar substitutes can cause bloating and GI upset so just be careful if you have GI issues ♥️) 
*2 tbsp honey 
*1 tsp Vanilla extract 
*1 cup white flour *1 cup whole wheat 
*can substitute for gluten free flour
*1 tsp baking soda
*1 tsp cinnamon 
*Salt to taste 

Directions

1. Mash bananas (the more ripe and mushy the better)
2. Add all the wet ingredients
3. Add dry ingredients
4. Mix well
5. Spray bread pan with oil and pour batter in
6. Bake on 350 for 45-50 minutes depending on the oven
7. Enjoy! And you can totally add Nutella or PB at the end lol
