20 minute salmon dinner


20 minute meal! 


This is not a recipe.... just a quick way to make some yummy food 🤗. I love efficiency! So, for the salmon and bokchoy, I just drizzled them with low sodium soy sauce and sprinkled them with Everything but the bagel sesame seed seasoning from @traderjoes and bake on 350 F for 18-20 minutes. Until the fish is flaky. For the salad, I cut up tomatoes and cucumber and drizzled with balsamic glaze and again topped with that amazing seasoning lol. 


So easy. So quick. And delicious!



There’s always time to eat healthier. I know we all made resolutions in January and now about one month out, we might need a little reminder and motivation.  So remember choose you and your health this whole year!
